2026 Chamber Banquet

The La Grange Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Awards Banquet on February 4, 2026, drawing approximately 50 attendees to celebrate outstanding local businesses, leaders, and partners.

The evening featured a cocktail hour with live piano music by John Dujka, welcomes from Board Chair Mac Brooks, remarks from Fayette County Judge candidates, and a catered dinner from Oakridge Smokehouse.
The Chamber honored the 2025 award recipients for their exceptional contributions:
  • Business Achievement Award: John Bartos, Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center
  • Most Valuable Citizen Award: Jack Thompson, City of La Grange Manager
  • Outstanding Philanthropic Group Award (tie): Colorado Valley Communications and Greater Fayette Community Foundation
  • Rising Star Award: Alejandra’s Mexican Grill
