The 31st Annual Burton Cotton Gin Festival will be held Sat. Apr. 18th, 2020. This festival benefits, and celebrates the Oldest Operating Cotton Gin in America, in tiny Burton, just off Hwy 290, halfway between Austin & Houston.

 This FREE family friendly event features a parade, music, contests, games, a petting zoo, arts, crafts, food, drink, and folklife vendors, a fun train, antique engines, classic car show & tractor pull. Tours of the Gin structure will be conducted from 1-3 PM

 At 3 pm the 1914 Burton Farmers Gin will be powered up by "Lady B" a 1925 Bessemer Oil Engine, and a bale of cotton will be ginned.

 Join in the fun and watch Texas history come alive at the 31st Annual Burton Cotton Gin Festival, Sat. Apr. 18th, 2020 at the Texas Cotton Gin Museum, in Burton.
