    Your duties will include:
    --Follow a routine cleaning and light maintenance schedule to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of our facility
    --Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, caring for the building and surrounding grounds, and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    --Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
    --Must pay close attention to detail
    --Must be able to be a self starter and willing to work alone
    --Knowledge of minor repair techniques
    --Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment
    --Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
    --Positive attitude

    Company in La Grange, TX has an immediate opening for Inside Sales Parts. The Inside Sales position is responsible for appropriately responding to customer and outside salesman requests via telephone or in person for parts sales. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and detail oriented. Familiarity with industrial parts and similar purchasing experience is desired. The ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines is necessary.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Displays the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products to existing customers and prospects
    • Responds to incoming calls from customers and prospects
    • Communicates client expectations to various support departments for manufacturing parts when necessary
    • Maintains customer files and system accuracy
    • Exercises decision making ability to determine the best product and identification to meet the customer’s need
    • Initiates proactive outbound telemarketing calls daily to obtain new business
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Knowledge of company’s and competitors’ products; customers’ and distributors’ needs, along with regulations applicable to this industry
    • Knowledge of company’s manufacturing and fabrication capabilities and limitations
    • Proficient using Microsoft office
    • Knowledge of fundamental workings of an MRP/ERP system
    • Utilizes telephone skills and detailed knowledge of the product line, as well as knowledge of the market we serve

    OPEN POSITION:

    Project Coordinator : Varying Schedule, FULL TIME,  25% Travel

    The Project Coordinator performs accounting and administrative tasks for multiple TEiC projects including field purchasing, electronic time keeping, overseeing the site hire in process, completing hiring and termination forms, completing weekly cost summaries, internal and customer reporting as required, completing weekly progress reports, assisting with proposal development and assisting with proposal estimates, as needed. The Project Coordinator will travel to TEiC projects, primarily within the localized area, to help set up accounting and administrative processes.

    This position has a varying work schedule which may change from week to week. Weekend travel may be required to support project activities. The identified candidate will need to have capability to fluctuate work schedules.
